Australian eucalyptus honey has special properties. It is harvested in South West Australia, in intact ecosystems, amongst Karri, Jarrah, and Red Gum forests. The honey is obtained in a cold process, it is not heated and without ultra-filtration. This preserves all active properties and nutrients.
